You are responsible for the content of your listings. By submitting a listing, you grant Spirited Trade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your listing on the website. You represent that:

  • Your listings are accurate and not misleading.
  • You have the right to post the content, including images and descriptions.
  • Your listings comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or illegal listings.
  • Use the website to engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
